The school is open today. It is raining at the moment but the creek is almost back to its normal level. We will monitor the conditions and notify parents if there is any change.

Welcome to Ingleside State School

Ingleside State School was established in 1892 in the Tallebudgera Valley hinterland on the Gold Coast. The school services the immediate community of Tallebudgera and its adjoining suburbs. Ingleside State School aims to provide a well resourced and caring learning environment that encourages the development and enhancement of the academic and social skills of its students.

Our curriculum is designed so that all classes develop curriculum initiatives around a similar genre. This enables the development of whole school programs incorporating educational visits and excursions. The process also enables students to share their knowledge about similar topics, further enhancing the ‘family’ approach to learning.

The current enrolment is 61 children. The classes being Prep/1, Year 2/3 and 4/7. Please feel free to drop in and visit our beautiful school.
